We’re an investor and property-obsessed couple that focus on the online marketing of a small portfolio of Cape Town properties on the Foreshore, city centre, Sea Point and Bantry Bay. Rose deals with the booking side of things: rates and calendar settings, listing optimisation and tight control on the portals. Turning those variable dials to get great medium term clients yielding solid and regular payouts. Greg does dreary admin and legal stuff and keeps the machines running. It’s pretty micro. We have a manager/housekeeper and scale up/down as required. We’ve got properties in Cape Town, Lisbon and Manchester and have the same sense of custodianship across all our assets, whether they belong to our family of owners or ourselves.
Our model is simple: All listings on portals are in the name of the owner. We handle bookings, rates, comms, property related logistics. You get paid direct by the portals (or guest if a direct booking). The hospitality/houskeeping and any maintenance is billed separate.
