It’s located in an older building on the beachfront close to the Mouille Point lighthouse & is an easy walk down the beachfront promenade to either the V&A Waterfront or Sea Point. The lovely Eco Park entrance is just a few metres away & there is a Virgin Active gym closeby. No car is required – walk to many coffee shops & restaurants along the seafront.
The apartment is comfortable and sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is more “homely” than “modern”. It is clean and has all you need in order to enjoy a comfortable stay in Cape Town as well as being very well located close to the ocean / promenade as well as the Green Point Eco park.
The building itself is also older but mostly well maintained.
