This stylish studio is the ideal place to base yourself and explore Cape Town. Secure, quiet, close to restaurants & beachfront. It has a lovely rooftop pool and a tranquil, well equipped & stylish space to relax in.

The space

This brand new studio is located within 350m to the Sea Point promenade. Its a calm and serene space in the midst of busy and vibrant Sea Point.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator and an oven / microwave combo as well as pots, pan, crockery, cutlery, plates and glasses.

The bed is Queen Size so slightly larger that a normal double and the linen is pure cotton. There are wardrobes for clothing.

The bathroom has a shower and the water pressure is good.

There is a 4 seater table to eat or work at and a couch to relax on. The smart TV is 42 inches and Netflix is available to watch.

The balcony has outdoor seating in the form of a table and 2 chairs. The outlook is quiet towards other buildings.

There is uncapped WIFi and for load shedding there is a power backup for WIFI and a powerful portable light.

There are washing machines & dryers in the basement and you need to be able to pay by card. There are also a few laundromats a few metres away.

The building is also secure with someone at the security desk 24/7.
